After coming home from the Oregon Garden, we decided to scrap dinner and just make some dessert- hey we are still technically on vacation!
I went out to the garden and picked some rhubarb and made a rhubarb crisp. Realizing that the crisp needed something else, I whipped up some fresh cinnamon ice cream. Homemade ice cream makes everything better! MMMM.....
Oh my gosh!!! My stomache is rumbling as we speak. Cinnamon ice cream is my favorite -- and with the tart rhubarb -- that sounds absolutely amazing!
