I had my class in Portland today, so Lamar was left at home all day with the girls. Not to let me take all the credit for the food around here, he made dinner. Yes, you read this correctly....Lamar Made Dinner! He went gourmet and made taco salad. When I arrived home, the girls were well fed, they were eating pumpkin pie that Lamar purchased with Cool Whip. He even gave them soda. (I will start the detox tomorrow...LOL!)Sunday, October 5, 2008

Taco salad is my all time favorite dinner. Yum! Weren't you the one who told me that you went away and came back and the girls (Nora was just over one at the time) were hooked on Crystal Light? My husband is always the culprit when the kids eat junk.

ReplyDeleteI never know what he will expose them to while I am gone. I just have to let it go and realize that we do things differently. At the end of the day, the girls are happy, safe and fed.
