The weather on Tuesday was beautiful. I picked Nora Beth up from preschool and we headed down to the Capital park and had a picnic. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom right now. The air smelled so sweet. The grass felt wonderful under our feet. We had an
eclectic lunch of finger foods that made Nora Beth very happy.
When we were done eating we wandered around to explore all the flowers that were blooming. She really liked these purple ones. It was all I could do to keep her from picking them.
She really wanted to play in the fountains. So tempting for a little one. I let her get her hands wet. The sun may have been out, but it was
definitely not weather for playing in the water.
